In compliance with Manitoba’s new Covid-19 Code Red Restrictions, Visp will be closing it’s doors to walk in customers, effective Monday November 23rd. Customer service representatives, sales representatives and billing representatives are still available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You can make an appointment by calling us at 1-888-755-1820.
If you need to make a bill payment, VISP has several online payment options available:
1) Online 24/7: through our customer portal at https://billing.vispnet.ca/
2) By phone 8 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri: – 1-888-755-1820 Ext. 4
3) By Mail: – 965 Hwy 14 Winkler MB. R6W 0L7
4) Online payment can be made through CIBC, Credit Union and Royal Bank of Canada. Be sure to include your customer # in the memo field of your check/online payment to ensure your payment is posted to the proper account.
