I was with another provider as they were the only provider. They had extremely poor customer service and I had continual problems with the service even after purchasing a very expensive antenna and aiming it directly at their tower. Domo Gas Mart has been extremely satisfied with our switch from another provider, we no longer have slow internet service certain time's of the day. We use our computers a lot for shipping packages in the courier part of our business, it never seams to fail. When we were with the other provider it seemed to be slowing us down. The other thing that I appreciate more than anything is their customer service, when I call I can talk to someone and if they are all busy they call me back asap and fix whatever is needed. I would strongly recommend anyone to switch.
